SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY

We use UPS as our freight partner, deliveries will typically take between 1-5 business days.    

Zempire USA Inc. only ships in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). 

Depending on the number of items making up the delivery it may be split into multiple shipments. Please check the contents of the package back to the attached packing slip. 

By ordering goods from us you grant Zempire Camping Inc. and our courier services the authority to leave (“ATL”) orders at the address that you have provided when placing your order, whether attended or not.  We will not have any liability for incorrectly supplied addresses or if a parcel is removed by a third-party following delivery.

ITEMS INCORRECTLY DISPATCHED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and one of our team will assist you.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We endeavour to keep our stock as up to date as possible, in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock you will be notified by one of our team and taken through the available options.  

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR ONLINE SALES

If within 30 days of purchase you have second thoughts about a purchase made through www.zempirecamping.com, you can return the item and exchange it for an item/items of equivalent value (subject to stock availability) or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding freight charges if any) via the original payment method. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and goods remain the property of the purchaser until received by Zempire USA INC. Goods must remain unopened, and in original packaging.
